  • 14-8 days in advance → 20% of the fare and fees
  • 7 days to 24 hours in advance → 20% of the fare and fees

  • After dispatch → 100% of the fare and fees

*After dispatch, if there has been no contact about boarding 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time, all transport contracts will be considered canceled. (This does not apply to natural disasters or other unavoidable grounds.)

    Which vehicle should I choose?

    For a chartered bus, please choose based on the number of passengers. For car service, please choose based on the type of use and number of passengers. We can suggest recommended models, so please contact us.

    Are there limits on availability based on the area?

    Car service is available if either the origin or destination area is within the Sapporo transportation area. Please consult with us.

    Are there any vehicles that allow smoking?

    Smoking is not allowed in vehicles as a rule. Thank you for your understanding.

    Can I leave the itinerary open and decide day by day?

    As long as it is within the available hours for car service, we will guide you based on the conditions that day.

    Can you tell me things I do not know, like the time needed to get to a tour location, or travel time for the vehicle?

    We can offer advice and suggestions. Please feel free to consult with us.

    How many days in advance can I book?

    You can book at any time. At the latest, you can book 1 day in advance. We will even accept same-day booking if possible.
